Love, Hold When The Cold Winds Blow

My silent screams for your kiss that’s upon the winds,
my abandon dream, a team of two hearts with one seam.
My Tears lay bear the fallow land that needs to be sown,
the fruits of love bear the seeds that need to be grown.
Lay still the cold chill that comes to steal from lovers in the night,
lay your head upon my shoulder, pride step aside you must move over
I will savor that sweet favor of nectar harvest from your lips,
I will fry before I die if I misuse the love that God has just sent.
Surrender into my arms a fortress well armed, here I stand with thee
God bless this story as it unfolds when the cold winds blow we will hold.
I look into your eyes, it’s time to claim my prize,
for together we shall go, together for evermore.

I'm a father, friend, and a family man, I believe in right and wrong, I understand the value of standing on your own. I have an iron will with a poet's heart, a belief in God is where it starts.
