Justice Is Rude Sometimes Crud

28 years as a prison cop I’ve seen this more than not far too many young men abused to no end, just one more chapter in a life of sin. I bring this story to you and I’m telling you it is all true, but there was nothing I could do prison has a life of it’s own, I was just there to keep the traffic moving along, so I will go on.

Delirious! this was drunken desperation his psychosis had sided with his hallucinations, he clings to his favorite bar nauseated by the stink of sweat, the whiskey he’s spilled and still regrets. This stale smell of cigar or is that burning tar the tragedy of a drunk with an empty jar.

His whirling eyes while his brain spins, where do cruel hearts go to commit their next sin. This is an alcoholic addiction this entangling intoxicating affection, the spider’s web dancing in the breeze ready to seize the fly with constriction.

Those egotistical attitudes his! was just plain rotten by his solitude, yet it was unknown just how long it would last, the last time he had decent food it give him gas. Now his days are dismal filled with drunken disorder, he is toxic and vengeful said the court reporter.

This belligerent man what is his conscious state standing before the judge with a criminal complaint. So how do you plead! before we proceed he said judge! I need one moment to think! judge I rather drink. So fuck off your holly saint now wasn’t that just quaint, the judge said no scumbag it ain’t bailiff! damn the citation bring on the restraints.

His overindulgence he could have stood taller but now he’s in jail because the judge was smarter. These concrete cells reflecting screams! he would holler his cell mate wouldn’t take no! he said don’t even bother. So he took a little snooze after singing the blues from feeling a little used, he was broken and confused had nothing left to lose.

These wasted policies and regulations he made prison alcohol without hesitation,to wash away the degradation then his cell mates perspiration from brutal infiltration. There is victory! in intoxicating revelations so to hell with the rule violation, it’s all just ineffective information.

They call this rehabilitation! he needed a cell mate separation with less wicked penetration, this would bring some real rejuvenation while avoiding hospitalization from his cell mates perverted adulation.

His symptoms were systematic he tremble like an addict, it was the bee without it’s honey, it was the hawk chasing the bunny. In ever-increasing proportions who in the hell gave you the notion he would give up his alcoholic devotion. So bottoms up to this devastation add cirrhosis of the liver to his frustrations, with a few more years of drinking death! will have integration.

Still this mind-altering depression doesn’t ease his aggression you must be waiting for his confession, hell he would piss on you without any discretion. Unlike the cheetah in the chase, he was the drunk with no grace locked up in disgrace. Did he have to be gay? in this place that speculation is just a waste.

The court said he must break his dependence, drunk-in-public is why he is the defendant and here he thought prohibition had been rescinded. Now he take classes in recovery, it’s effectiveness just seem to ignore him while his withdrawals have just inform him, the coming vomit will not mix with tonic

Many years had gone by the Parole Board said it’s time to try, justice has play it’s sturdy hand he was still a little shaky just trying to stand but as for jail he’s not a fan. Here he goes he’s on his way, many years without a women it’s time to play, but his taste for alcohol is getting in the way.

Jack Daniels now Vodka then pour the Jim Dean he’s drunk as a skunk he’s drowned his own spleen. He hoops then holler what a great day now tearing up shit as I goes on his way. Deja Vu he just can’t win, back in front of the same judge once again, the judge flashed him that smile I remember you friend how do plead once again.

He was pulling up his paints trying to sturdy his stance and with pride that would show through he said hi judge fuck you. The court yelled with laugher and then the judge’s bailiff closed that chapter, He woke up two days after.

He’s was back in a cell once again with more time to think about his sins, and though I will never know how this story will end but I think there will be Whiskey! Wine and Gin.

I'm a father, friend, and a family man, I believe in right and wrong, I understand the value of standing on your own. I have an iron will with a poet's heart, a belief in God is where it starts.
