Staring into a mist of misery locked in a disjointed mind
I’m muddle if not miffed still contrary to the loss of time.
I’m the fly in the spider’s web you see dangling by a thread
dipped then rolled in dread that spider is ready to be fed.
The hymn? that never-ending low-pitch hum filling my head
a percussion! my pounding heart interrogation! by the dark.
Offensive obscenities the overtones of a mind out of control
those monikers of metaphors when insanity is out on patrol.
Hush! with your hurl insults interjected from intelligible results
muttering mythical harmonics in your head reverberate instead.
Stressed! unspeakable visions trembles! from their transmission
a destiny looms concealed in my erected tome, ensures my doom.
